Extra: whole Imperial oysters
Fermented with English yeast

Tasting notes: black bread, caramel, slight ocean water and peat smoke

Pair with: Seared Tuna Salad, Blistered Shishito Peppers, Margarita Flat Bread
Brewer's notes:
I wrote up a whole blog post on this beer and it's Irish inspiration. You can read about it here. Long story short: oysters don't add oyster flavors - rather, they add some sweetness due to the added salinity and a hint of peat smoke and coastal air.
