Citra Dreamscape

The Dreamscape series takes inspiration from New England, particularly what the current top brewers are doing there with water chemistry and yeast blends. Whereas Midwestern IPAs like our 80 East are pillow soft with bright tropical fruit characters, these NEIPAs are intentionally rougher around the edges with a larger spectrum of hop flavor.
