We took everything we learned from the earlier 80 East series to produce what I believe is the best one yet. It uses some of our favorite hops - El Dorado, Cashmere, and Sabro. It uses a thiolized yeast to bring in that extra tropical/dank character we all love so much. It uses a soft, New England water profile, and plenty of wheat and oats to make it extra pillowy soft.
