Pineapple Pulp Fiction

My goal here is somewhere between two of my favorite beverages - Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Jarrito Pineapple soda. Neither recipe was consulted, I'm looking more to capture their spirit, or rather an imaginary offspring of the two. In fact, this recipe couldn't be simpler - just one type of grain and a one two punch of El Dorado and Azacca hops. I really want to dial this recipe in, so consider this its debut. Cheers
