Brewer's Notes

This is a brewer's beer. Non-brewers are encouraged to drink it as well of course, but a "brewer's beer" is one that you'll find the brewers drinking at a beer festival. Sure, there are lines to try the newest hop bomb or fruit slushy beer, but look off to the fringes of the crowd and you're guaranteed to find a couple brewers, quietly sipping something pale, yellow, and fizzy. Making beers with bold flavors and high ABVs tends to push those makers' pendulums back to simple, subtle, and unpretentious styles like this one.

And I'm all for American Lagers (*flirtingly eyes Liffey Light*), but there is a reason the Czech and German Pils took over the beer world seemingly overnight almost 200 years ago - and has continued to stay on top - they are the definition of "drinkability".

This beer was made using traditional German brewing processes in conjunction with the best German ingredients - einfach und schmeckt sehr gut.

Prost!
