Style: Triple IPA
Hops: El Dorado (pellets, terpenes, Salvos)
Fermented with American yeast
Tasting notes: White bread, honey, pineapple and mango
Pair with: Rollin' with the Lobsta, Mediterranean Thighs
I've been looking for an excuse to brew a triple IPA for a while. I've also been looking for an excuse to play with some new hop products (it's not just pellets and cones anymore). So it made sense to seize our 3rd anniversary for this.
I suppose next year could be a Quad IPA...
