Brewer's Notes
I'm loving the lager renaissance we're in the middle of right now. Just about every craft brewery has had a crack at an American Lager or German Pils and many now are stretching out to some of the more obscure (to us) styles, with New Zealand Pils being one of my favorite.
It just so happened that I had accidentally ordered way more Nelson Sauvin hops than I intended a while back and I've been looking for recipes to sneak them into. Fortunately, Nelson Sauvin hops are pretty amazing, expressing lime, passionfruit, and kiwi. So it made sense that when it was time to brew a NZ Pils, Nelson was going to be featured heavily.
Cheers
