7 Haze Later

This one is almost an experiment. Its bones (grist) are very similar to 80 East. It's just a little bit bigger - a bag or two of grain extra. But the water profile is totally different, it's a different amount of hops, and a different variety. Different yeast too. Then I tossed in some of my favorite new-to-me hop varieties. This onen will be fun to try side-by-side with 80 East. Cheers
